Olan is a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner with over 15 years of health, safety and environmental management experience in national and global organisations. His specialities are Policy and Strategy, Management Systems, Safety Culture, Business Continuity & Emergency Planning, Loss Prevention, Accident Investigation, Sustainable Development and Auditing. Before joining Veritas Educational Trust, he was also a governor at Dr Triplett's Church of England Primary School in Hayes. He also works as a freelance NEBOSH Examiner.
