Profile
Pauline has over forty-five years teaching experience, mainly at primary level. In her last role she was the Associate Headteacher at Dr Triplett’s Church of England Primary School in Hayes. She has expertise in supporting children with Special Educational Needs as an experienced SENDCO and has particular expertise in both safeguarding and developing the Christian ethos of faith schools. Pauline is the Trustee with lead responsibility for Safeguarding, is Chair of the Admissions Committee and is also co-Chair of the Trust's Community and Curriculum Committee.
